Checking vs Intention

re: Items of our To-do lists, that is the question.

Granted, we need to accomplish our goals and chores for ourselves in order to have a strong foundation of self care, and have a sense of accomplishment and mastery.

However, I think that sometimes, in the big picture, it is not the checking the items off of the list that matters. Its the Intention- the thoughts of the list, the mental digestion that occurs as we make our way down the list and through the day.

I read on tumblr that Confusious said it does not matter how slow you go, as long as you do not stop. Lovely. : )

Now, back to my list, and having fun while doing it.

Jai!
